I like most cheeses! I use to go to a cheese factory about 3 maybe 4 hours away several times a year! One cheese that I absolutely LOVED was chocolate cheese! It was a soft cheese soooo good! I also tried their hottest cheese at the time and wow was it got! Lol I had to buy a bag of pretzels to get rid of the hot taste but it was still good! Just hurt! I haven’t been there since 2017 ish so idk what it’s like anymore… Need to go some time again

I’d probably have a stroke if I ate cheese.
There are 3 cheese that make up my ultimate cheese board:
- Sharp Cheddar
- Creamy Camembert
- Strong Blue cheese
Can’t beat them!

I like the smelly Danish cheeses like Gamle Ole, Sorte Sara, and one that translates to ‘The divorce’ because if someone brought it home and put it in their fridge, their partner would leave at one

I’m a bit late to the cheese thread but it’s a toss up between burrata and paneer for me. It’s summer here now so I might go with the burrata because it always leads to an oozy salad party!
