No chance. The technology is not quite there yet, certainly not when it comes to growing a full adult in a lab. The good thing about your delusions is that they are based on assumptiona about the world which can be easily disproven. Hopefully you’ll get over these delusions soon.

The reason I have a hard time is I had visions of them dying.
