Do you often forget if you are taking your meds or not?

Morning med (fluoxetine) I rarely remember to take… which is bad.

But I usually remember to take abilify at night. The thing is that I often cannot remember if I´ve taken it or not…

This use to happen to me before I got a pill box.

I think it´s too much work for me… But it happens often idk, like one every week or two weeks. I guess it´s not that important.

I take a monthly Invega injection, I mark in my e-notes the date i got injected and I use daily checker for my lexapro

Luckily I can take my meds at the same time. Which is good because there is 8 of them.

I use the Medisafe medication reminder app on my phone. It’s very rare that I forget now. It even lets you snooze the alarm from any from 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Get a pill organizer thing + alarm on phone. It fixes that problem.

Yes I forgot once in a while. I don’t think it’s too bad.

I used to tick every time I took it in my diary but that method is so exhausting

Maybe place your medication in a very visible spot where you will look in the morning that’s what I do.

I write a reminder to remember

I start getting shaky and brain zaps if I miss my meds, so I usually remember.

If you don’t want reminder or pill box start taking pills after some daily activity. Say after taking morning coffee or brushing teeth.

That daily activity becomes a trigger. But problem is you forget it if you don’t do that activity on a particular day.

pillbox helps me with it. before pillbox i found it hard to remember if i had taken my meds

I take it as a routine to take this pills. I only forgot to take it one day in this year so far and then I panicked and took it because I started showing symptoms.

For me it’s no problem to remember because I can’t sleep without them. One time I took my daily dose twice and went to work the following day. Was rough and coworkers could see that I was wasted.

I’ve taken meds for years so I remember now always. Especially as husband takes his at same time
