Please tell me you look at the label that the bottle of pills came in before you take what’s inside?
and the papers that they give you with that bottle have the directions of how to take them and what to do if you miss a dose.
i do this sometimes and i’ve been taking them for years, yeah its a pain but i just think of the next dose, just take the next dose as normal and start from there, maybe get a pill box or something, i also sometimes forget one dose and its the same deal, hope this helps and take care.
