Even after 5 psychiatrists evaluatiing you in 8 years (11 involuntarily hospital admissions) and saying you have SZA… I feel such a fake… I’m seeing a pdoc in india (December) to be confermed differently if I have actually have an illness. I feel my pdoc is actually against me and done something to me to control me… I was a independent option…

I think it’s quite common for people with severe mental illnesses not to believe they have them. It’s partly because they believe their delusions are real, and partly because of lack of awareness of the illness. If a pdoc has diagnosed you with SZA then I’d trust their opinion, they’re mostly very smart people.
