I lost a couple pounds on Latuda.
A little bit on Invega as well.
But yes it is possible through exercise and therapy.

I have lost 26kg on Amisulpride
Before Olanzapine I was 59 kg, then I went to 96kg, now I am 70kg
I’ve lost 40 pounds while on Geodon and the Topamax helps too with the cravings for food. I’d ask your pdoc if you can add something like Topamax to your Zyprexa. It’s known for appetite suppression.
Now they have samidorphan for olanzapine weight gain

I have stopped taking olanzapine maybe 10 times. Unfortunately I get withdrawals, if I didn’t get the insomnia, anxiety and sweating when I quit I would flush my meds this instant
Its a big gamble, you are likely to become psychotic again. I stopped meds for 2yrs until police brought me to mental hospital.
