Zyprexa was kind of dulling to me. It also made me crave sugar. Have you ever tried Geodon? That drug controls my symptoms without dulling my mind. It does slow me down physically, but I 60 years old, and I’ve got to expect that.
Ive tried all the other aps. I made only this for 10 years… They were 11 aps, including Geodon yeap(Geodon seemed for my case too weak, it never calmed me down)… I am very anxious sz, only Zyprexa calms me down a bit…

I have never been on zyprexa personally. If you can find the weight loss thread people posting on that thread have lost weight on zyprexa. Of course that is with a reduced calorie diet.
I have lost 42 pounds since starting Zyprexa in the middle of March.
I achieve this through limiting my calories to 1400, and now within the last month I have changed to a completely vegan (and no junk food, no oil) diet. I track my food daily on a weight loss website so I can make sure I am hitting all my nutritional goals.
It takes work, but yes, it can be done. The weight loss thread is on the Health and Recovery section. There are others there losing weight on APs.
They should give zyprexa to people who are anorexic.
depends on how it effects you, if u gain alot of weight on it and feel extra hungry, chances are you wont lose the weight until you discontinue it
When I started 20mg zyprexa, I got ravenous. I would mix protein powder with a little water and eat the goo. I barely gained weight.
It possible to loose weight on aps but certain ones like zeprexa for majority it’s hard to loose but there is a minorty that is Able to loose …I gained 60 pounds on risperidal but I use to eat six toast for breakfast because of ravously hungry
