I’ve always had voices with mine. The episode I had this week was silent no voices at all.

ive never had voices with visuals working together at the same time. its always one or the other. i dont think they usually work together.

Can I ask if you’ve seen shadows of people or dark figures

no not really. i saw a shadow on my wall once. ive thought things were next to me like my dogs and stuff and then when i looked they werent there. my mind basically filling in the blanks wrong. but i dont see things very often at all. im not counting anything ive seen in visions tho. visions are different. i mostly hear voices

Usually just people in my life, sometimes idk, they are more visible in the dark

Did something change recently? Like your meds or dosages?

Yes she tried adding olanzapine and lowering my invega due to sleep issues. A couple of nights ago I was laying in bed and 2 dark figures were coming towards me with their hands out like to get me. I turned on the light before they got to my bed and they disappeared @everhopeful

Tell your doctor what happened. It sounds like the med change is causing problems…

I just spoke with her she put me at 6mg invega and stopped olanzapine. Why do hallucinations have to be so scary. I’m afraid to sleep again.

You’ll be ok. There’s no reason to be afraid. It might take a day or two for the new med change to take effect though…

I feel like I’m in a living horror movie and they can just snatch me anytime.

My visuals have never talked or made any noise. I’ve only infrequently had visuals.

That’s why I’m freaked out I usually only hear voices these shadows were coming right towards me.

I’ve had lifesized shadowmen point pistols at my forehead point blank. Talk about scary.
