No, @valiumprincess, this is not delusional thinking. You are right on target and in reality. The world is totally _____ up. You’re right. But, the world can be beautiful as well, if you just look around, or better yet, inside yourself.

Have you looked into the notion of ‘samsara’? The world is ■■■■■■ up because it is meant to be this way.

When you see the world for what it is your option can only be philosophy. I am a quasi-buddhist and understand this. You can be Zen, accept and remove yourself frm the worldly goings on through a modest life, or be compasionate and care about everything for future reward in this life and the next.

Love and be kind. Share your compassion, but in this world (samsara) the battle cannot be won entirely. The individual can save him/herself, the world goes on.

Im my country Poverty is around 40% there are lots of drug dealers ect ect…but the World most richest people (those who makes this World so terrible) enjoy their lives, if they enjoy their lives why you dont?

I spend a lot of time thinking about all of these issues and more, it’s horrible to be so overwhelmed with furious indignation at the state of the world and feel helpless to do anything about it. I honestly don’t know what the answer is :frowning:
