You can speculate until the sky falls but in the end no one knows what causes schizophenia.

My mom never played with me when I was a toddler and I got lost in my own world. So yes my childhood was a factor and the goddam imagination. But trauma came later at 16 when I ran away from home for a couple of months.

I think a lot of people have childhood trauma and only a small subset develop sz. It can be a contributing factor but it’s not a sufficient condition.

Yeah, i get that. But i think youve already had psychosis, thats pretty much the worst part.
