Can you explain when you say ‘full episode’?

I was treatment resistant for a long time. Took me years to find the right combo of meds. Also took me sometime to find one without terrible side effects.
without meds I was paranoid and had anxiety. I was prescribed the meds but didn’t like them. I took them for a month or so and quit. When I came off I had a full blown episode in that I started to hear voices, and hallucinate visually, like all day except for when in slept. and then what tipped me over the edge was my sleep patterns changed and I could no longer sleep it off. I don’t know if it was the meds as there were other factors. 1. I was strict vegan for years, maybe had a vitamin deficiency, and 2. I drank a pot of coffee a day, which I’ve now learned may flare up psychosis
