Do u take 2 or more antipsychotics

i take haloperidol but i have risperidone that i could use as needed but im afriad to ever do that…how safe is it? it shows a drug interaction like they always do when u mix antipsychotics and i have taken more then one in the past but im still unsure

I’ve been taking Latuda and Seroquel, together, for a long time. At least 6 months, I think? I can’t remember.

I’m doing OK, besides the dystonia and tardive dyskinesia. But those started over a year ago, on different meds. Seems I am stuck with these problems.

Invega Sustenna, Zyprexa wafer, and Clozapine

I just started Abilify, tapering off of geodon and have olanzapine as a prn.

I’ve been on clozapine about a year, and I just started Vraylar about a month ago…I also have Haldol prn but haven’t needed to take it for a long time.

I take Clozapine and Ziprasidone. Both work very well for me.

Yep, 10 mg olanzapine and .1.5 mg vraylar - i’m not sure the vraylar works at all

I’ve taken Geodon and Seroquel for well over ten years now. It might be closer to twenty years. It’s a combination that handles my symptoms. I weakens me physically, but my mind is clear. When I was on Haldol I was totally miserable.

I take rexulti and risperdale, i use to take rexulti and seroquel, but it stopped being effective. The only side effects ive had from either combo is weight gain and fatigue.

That is a good combo in my experience. I’m still psychotic on both but it helps reduce it quite a bit. Every time I quit Geodon it’s a disaster.

I take three AP’s: Risperdal, Geodon and Seroquel, with no drug interactions, and they work great. I’ve been taking the Risperdal and Geodon, on and off, for 27 years now.

I take Geodon and Latuda but I am trying to come off of Latuda. Have been taking them both since 2015.

Latuda was horrible for me. It raised by blood pressure really high. Doctor said it was anxiety but I’m sure it was the Latuda. I kept taking it to get out of the hospital but once I got out I quit it and had no more issues.
