That’s not good news. I have sweeteners with my coffee, and it’s no doubt in other things I drink. Are there positives to having it in food and drinks though? For the average consumer of such products, like myself, that’s hard to tell. There is already so much conflicting research out there about the pros and cons of artificial sweeteners. How much of it is genuinely independent research not done for companies that use it or for groups who dislike such companies, some of whom will be health food fanatics.

Sugar is bad
Sugar substitute is bad
Too much of anything is obviously bad

I definitely choose sugar substitute over real sugar cause I’m already prediabetitic.

Not really an option or go sugar free everything which is nearly impossible cause of cravings.

I just looked on my Coke Zero bottle and it doesn’t seem to be in it.
