There are so many articles coming out in recent months about the risks of low calorie sweeteners that I have completely stopped consuming any products with these aweeteners.

The only exception is toothpaste, but I figure that’s probably OK since it is not really consumed.

Artificial sweeteners are so bad for you.
With that said, I will occasionally have a Diet Coke whenever I eat out

And yet my doctors tell me to choose them over sugar.

I have Always wondered what artificial sweeteners really are anyways

Makes some sense if one is diabetic
I just try to limit my intake of artificial sweeteners that’s all

My doctor is more worried about me shedding weight.

Id rather have sugar than sweeteners. But the zero calorie aspect makes them very appealing

Having something with sweetener doesn’t trigger cravings for me. I have something made with sugar and all I can think about is having more.

I tend to drink unsweetened beverages. I mostly drink plain water throughout the day. One or two cups of coffee with a small amount of half and half in the morning. Occasionally I drink plain tea, usually herbal to limit caffeine intake, but my favorite tea is Yorkshire tea which is caffeinated.
