Weird when I go through caffeiene withdrawal I get the total opposite I get soooo drained of energy and get headaches.

I find that when I get symptoms like you’re describing it’s when I had a good amount of caffeine on an empty stomach, so eating always helps reduce those feelings.

I overdosed on two grams of caffeine pills in December 2016 and had to go to the ER and get a water IV since I couldn’t stop throwing up after I drank water or cherry juice. I didn’t want to dehydrate to death since I didn’t know how long I’d be vomiting.

milk would be a better choice…

when intoxicated on caffeine the body goes into hydrophobia… the complex chemistry in milk gives the body something more to grip which can reverse a lot of the metabolic changes that occur in the presence of high amounts of caffeine.

The water will wind up just passing through without doing to much…

Rest or a warm bath… a solid meal… like spaghetti or something very filling…

yeah water just dilutes it the same way it lowers BAC.

I’ve been drinking decaf coffee all day but I feel like I have a caffeine overdose. Too many coffee cup reheats in the microwave. And now, it is almost time for bed. All I have to do yet is yoga before bed.

maybe some camomile tea or a prn and the learning experience if we are sensitve to caffeine to work at limiting it.

i know drinking water dilutes the blood alcohol percentage and makes a smoother longer beer buzz. and i think it would dilute any drug so i am going to try drinking water when i try to quit tobacco.

I’m feeling the consequences of drinking caffeine now. Especially restless

Holy crap, I shouldn’t have recommended caffeine pills to you in a previous thread.
