Have improved a little bit since quitting coffee in favour of black tea

I still get very anxious but have noticed a slight improvement since ditching the coffee. I like to drink hot drinks all day which translates to around 10 cups of coffee.

I was tweaked out on this dose. On tea with milk I can drink all day and feel a lot better. The tea I drink has caffeine in it but the experience is totally different

I know what you mean about coffee. I was literally drinking a gallon of iced coffee a day last winter and was forced to stop when I had tachycardia from my caffeine intake. I started making cold brew iced tea instead and, after the initial caffeine withdrawal, I feel much better. I tend to drink a huge amount of liquids each day cuz I have bad dry mouth from meds.

Did you get a bad headache from coming off the coffee even though you were drinking tea? I think that’s where I am at

Yeah, a headache that throbbed behind my eyes for two days. And I felt slightly nauseous, too.

I drink decaf coffee at home.

It’s good that you quit @anon94176359, no wonder you were feeling bad. It was probably a caffeine crash.

Yeah man was too much caffeine for sure. You drink much caffeine?

Most I ever drank was maybe 4 cups, but most red bulls I drank was maybe 3. But that’s when I was working.

Now I switched to decaf. I like the effect in low doses.
