I found that I have intrusive thoughts after two cups of coffee. So from tomorrow I’ll keep my intake to one cup, I don’t think I can irradicate coffee completely right now.
I was thinking about cutting down on my Coca-Cola consumption, we can be caffeine diet buddies.
That’s awesome! Let’s be caffeine diet buddies I don’t drink much soda, and I never drink energy drinks.
I’m going to start drinking tea more often now. I have a variety of teas in the house.
A while ago I would get a high pitched buzzing when I drank too much caffeine. I don’t think that happens anymore though.
I used to drink 4+ cups of coffee per day, but now I’m on 3 cups
I think I’ve only drank about 4 cups of coffee in my life. I’m more of a tea person.
I had an extra cup of coffee yesterday and felt worse for it as well. So I’ll stick to my normal amount today.
I would try one and a half cups first…
One is not enough. Two is too much for me.

I find that if I consume an average amount of caffeinated beverages like iced tea or coffee for like 4-5 days in a row, I crash afterwards and feel very tired and “burnt out.”
I do like caffeine as it can help my negative symptoms but I always end up experiencing that crash.
Interesting. I’ll try cutting down on my coffee to see if it will tone down the thoughts
