I’m taking the brocolli sprout for a few days now, seems to level me out more.
But I am also taking l theanine like 400-800mg now too. I think it adds to the calm but I feel more alert and 0 sedation.
I need to take the stuff for like a month to see what I think about it

But l theanine seems to help. I take 200mg with a cup of coffee, much less jittery and relaxed energy
I just bought broccoli sprout powder. I took 3 mg I don’t feel anything yet. I will test out tomorrow morning.
Some days L Theanine does nothing for me. My intrusive thoughts are intense.
I’m back on the broccoli sprout bandwagon for a while.
I’m only taking half the dose of beta alanine that I was and so now there doesn’t seem to be an interaction between abilify/beta alanine/broccoli.
I’m taking the pills, not noticing any effect
Well my appetite plummeted today. I didn’t eat much at all.
@everhopeful did you ever use the brocolli sprout extract longterm? and did you notice any help from it?
Yes I’m still using it. It’s great. It’s very subtle though. You only realise how much it’s been helping when you stop taking it.
