Boilers leaking a little bit

Just like one drop a minute. Phoned my landlord and it went straight to answer machine. I left a message. I also texted him and whatsapped him. Can’t think of what else to do

Good on you for being a good tenant and informing him as soon as you found it!

A lot of people would let it leak, and landlords hate that stuff.

You reached out twice. Maybe put a bowl to catch the water and try to ring again in a while?

Yeah I have put down a towel to catch the drops. Is only like one drop a minute it seems so hopefully won’t be catastrophic

Hoping he calls back soon!

yeah water can do a lot of damage fast, even a small leak

WhatsApp says my landlord has read the message I sent him but he still hasn’t replied/phoned.

Should I leave the ball in his court?

Yes. He’s aware of the problem and it’s his responsibility to fix it. You’ve done your part. Just keep a towel or bucket under there to protect the floor.

Could it be condensation?

Lucky you have landlords that do something. I had rats and they literally did nothing.
