Woke up to find some drips coming off the boiler (furnace). I straightaway put a towel and bowl down to catch them. I next phoned my landlord.
My landlord is coming round after his work to have a look. The boiler is getting serviced on Friday so he may decide just to leave it till then.
I have done my bit and told him about the fault. The rest is up to him

Hey man. Our boiler used to leak all the time. It’s not an urgent problem. You’ll be okay and so will your apartment. Friday is plenty soon to get the leak checked out, as long as you still have heat.
