I keep the flat fairly clean so no big panic tidying up to be done

At my first apartment we had to bleed the radiators alot. Old stuff.
I read that as “my bipolar furniture” I don’t know why. Sorry you’ve got boiler troubles. Now I’m getting my eyes checked. lol.

Mate. You pay rent you need to have everything operational! No dramas getting someone in to fix it. I always be nice to service people. They are just doing a job but I’d always offer them coffee or a soda. Pays to be nice and they’ll do a good job when you treat em well!
