I ran out of the L-Theanine. Has anyone tried nootropics or vitamins to help with brain-fog, depression etc. I found vitamin D was effective with that. I have a little money so I wanted to try and get the best vitamin or nootropic on a budget and most effective.
also must add I am taking the meds/and have a therapist. But I still feel fatigued off and on, especially since I am in recovery.
LS! Sage and lemon balm help. You can grow these herbs yourself. There was a lot of discussion on this website about Lion´s Mane. It helps me, I am more focussed when taking it. Also I recommend one milligram of vitamin B12 daily for fatigue.
