I was going to say loyalty, and I see others already have.

I’ve been with my husband for 21 years. When we first met, my mental illness hadn’t exploded yet, but it did three years later.

Anyone else would have abandoned me so many years ago, but he’s amazing and loving to me.

I’m reminded from your OP of an old tv spot for Match.com, I think. They were throwing shade at eHarmony and said it ‘s “chemistry not harmony”.

I don’t think there is a one word answer but both my siblings are happily married and used match.com.
