I use to fake a smile, it wasn’t that i didn’t mean it, it was more that my emotions were blunted by my meds but i knew when i should smile, these days i feel the love & joy in my heart which makes a genuine smile,

the thing with the effective blunt was that it stopped me feeling real emotion, it literally made me a living robot, it was awful so it was the best thing that happened when those feelings returned after a med change.

Respectful to me , loyal , honour, thoughtful,romantic, spiritual connection, treats me beautifully.loves me, prioritises me.

I loved my x and he loved me but didn’t perhaps respect me because he ghosted me so I broke up with him even though I was happy with him and loved him and best sex and time together but I need respect from my man.it’s a must.disrespect not ok.
