I would like to add a couple nootropics to my self-care regimen.
I am mainly concerned with chronic fatigue, improve focus and memories, and tissue/cell health.

I think the best are Adderall and Ritalin but they may worsen psychosis.
“Nootropics” not stimulants. Nootropics are like vitamins or natural supplements.
Well Ldopa from Mucuna Pruriens works similarly to stimulants, it boosts dopamine. It was the only supplement that really helped my negative and cognitive symptoms.
Caffeine pills help me with these a bit. Also lifts my mood.
I have noticed different people have different types of schizophrenia. Im not sure if mine is too much dopamine or too little. Like people with ADD supposedly have too much dopamine and adderall helps them, but adderall increases dopamine. Adderall helped me. So if I have too much dopamine, somehow adding more dopamine would help me?
Its the opposite from what I read. Adhd ppl have low dopamine.
But in ADHD, dopamine levels are too low. Stimulant chemicals such as caffeine or amphetamines tend to increase dopamine levels. For most people, adding stimulants will push dopamine levels too high, causing agitation and anxiety. But for people with ADHD, adding stimulants can get the levels just right.
Did you relapse on it?
Ok well I am looking for vitamins for heart health and mental health. Not medications or stimulants.
I want something that will actually help me. No I never relapsed on stimulants. I just stopped taking them after awhile I no longer needed them.
Why stop them if you said they helped you?
Anyways, fish oil is reqlly good for heart health.
I dont know? It was like 10 years ago why are you asking me that…
Because you’re asking about these and these are improved by stimulants.
Or caffeine. Thats what I use.
did adderall help you? You suggested adderall and ritalin…
Yes they would help me even more than the Ldopa stimulant I tried. They are the same as Ldopa, boost dopamine, but stronger effects. Though I stick with caffeine because I am afraid that Adderall or Ritalin worsens positive symptoms. At the same time I see users here on Adderall and Ritalin who are benefiting from them and didn’t relapse so idk.
I hate the pharma industry—I have pericarditis, blood clots, screwed up genes, and Im still passing out and fatigued from my “schizophrenia” I think if I tried adderall I would risk a heart attack.
Im just looking for something natural to improve my life expectancy. Ill prob order some vitamin B, C, and D or some beet root but thats all I can find about now.
Why not try caffeine? Coffee, tea, etc It helps me honestly, not as much as stimulants but its better than nothing.
There is also Ashwagandha thats supposed to give energy. Its similar to American ginseng. Both are supposed to give energy. Ginseng is used in energy drinks. But I read too much ginseng may worsen mania.
Im on my third cup of coffee…and Im wired…and anxious…its not good for heart-health its been triggering fainting spells. Im trying to reverse side effects of certain things that came from the same people who wont give me adderall…I dont care about mania. I barely have mania…
Im trying to find something safe and effective that can reverse cell and nerve damage if that helps…
Read the entire article there is NOTHING about vitamins or anything to reverse nerve damage or heal cells or anything at all helpful other than acupuncture…
