I feel like after taking nootropics i became different. Can anyone else relate

I took noopept,prl 8 53, piracetam and i have ingested others in my body.

I ran out of cinnamon tea and I feel blah.
Of course it could just be a cold kicking my ass.
What kind of cinnamon tea do you drink?
It’s an herbal variety, Celestial Seasonings. Cinnamon is suposed to be a natural source of sodium benzoate. But also I just like the tea.
The only kind I can find is Cinnamon Apple. Is that what you use @twinklestars?
did those nootropics induce more OCD and schizophrenia symtoms in me or not?

They have one called Bengal Spice. But Cinnamon Apple sounds tasty too.
It’s possible they increased your symptoms. You probably shouldn’t take that stuff. They didn’t do anything to me.
Sorry, cinnamon is a nootropic. I have not tried the other ones you mentioned. My favorite is still NAC.

There really isn’t a cure. Just search around this website. You’ll figure it out. My schizophrenia and cognition is the best it’s ever been since I joined this website a month ago.

Wow, that’s a lot. I also take choline and vitamin D but that is more for general health and well being because if I didn’t supplement, I wouldn’t get enough.
Oh and I take theanine and melatonin too but not daily.
I threw a lot of supplements in the trash after joining this website. What are your goals @snujabes96 supplement wise?
