I’m pretty sure the meds make you die young.

I dont think the meds make you die young. I think its really your lifestyle habits.

It’s lifestyle. Many medical people have told me it’s not the APs that shorten life span it the poor lifestyle with mental illness

Yes its lifestyle you have to change, stop blaming the medication. Schizophrenia made in the past a dirty person, i ate junk food and fast food, never exercise and i smoke but realize this not the path i wanted to do so i decided to change, it didnt change overnight,it took alot work and will power to eat healthy, exercise and quit smoking. It wasnt easy in a long shot but it damn worth it and im glad i did it!

It’s suicide, overdose and bad lifestyle… Not scared of dying young, life is just a cosmic blip

I was unhealthy too, bad diet, smoked, no exercise, negative thinking. I came to the same conclusion and I did the exact thing same thing as you. Quit smoking, started eating healthy, started walking, changed my thinking to be more positive with CBT. I’m in a much better place today than I have ever been. Took time to develop new habits but it’s just normal behavior now, it was worth it.

To be honest I don’t give a ■■■■ if I die.
My country is in disarray and my Mom is gone.

I’m actually living for my father now but once he passes away I will soon follow him.

I don’t have much time on this earth anyway.

I’m tired of suffering.

Good riddance.

its just the sedating effects of the meds, if you can find one that allows you to function at your peak then thats great, but sedation will cause you to slow down and be unmotivated, tiired and so we do other things to try and satisfy our needs, some people drink, smoke, take drugs :frowning: its bad news, the meds affect our pyhsiology as well so we are more prone to health problems. i think our metabolism slows down too and we may strugglle to fight off bugs bc it affects our immune system i think as well,

wave man please dont say that, you are a nice person, you would be missed.

I dont want to die bc i have so much i still want to accomplish but its not up to me, its never our choice whether to live or die,

Dont worry we work together as a team, lets stay healthy together. Lets not be another statistic, we will prove them wrong.

I actually hope for an early death but I’m scared at the same time
