I’m throwing a gift under the tree to myself from myself. Cheap, I know. It’s a new 8-inch Fire tablet. My old one is end-of-life. My wife is getting one too as her tablet is equally ancient.

My mother prefers her Fire tablet over a computer, she uses it all the time. That’s why I took the 50gb promotion for my phone, so she can watch Gunsmoke here and browse the web. They are worth every penny, she used the one I gave her until stuff stopped working in the browser and my brother bought her a new one.

I prefer computers to tablets for most things, but I like tablets for reading ebooks and viewing photos and art online.

I might. Last year I bought one of those fancy cheese, sausage, and crackers gift boxes that I always saw growing up but they were total luxuries that I could never afford… Last year I had some money so I bought one for myself for $70. What a ripoff. It was like 6 or 7 little cheeses and two sausages and some small crackers. I’ll never buy one of those again.
But yeah, treating myself to something else sounds good.

I’m not buying anything as of yet, but I am going wild downloading YouTube workouts for women over 50.
I use RealPlayer.
Put them on my Google Photos, but I want to back them up on something after all this work. Hopefully Chris can spare a couple 64G external drives. If not, I’ll have to buy something for that.
My mom is sending money which will pay off my bed I financed on a 0% deal back in June.
Doesn’t take much to make me happy! 
Edit: add me to the buying things club lol. Just got a great deal on a 2TB hard drive for all my videos.

I’m getting a pound of gourmet cheese from a company called Yancey’s Fancy. I found it in Costco years ago but then they stopped selling it and I couldn’t find it anywhere, decided to search the internet and found a place that ships it by the pound.
