That’s true, my focus get worse with my anxiety. And that’s the issue, firstly I would like to ask about supplements before starting trying everything by trial and error. I know that modafinil improve cognition without affecting anxiety(ok this is a med not a supplement but its a example). And I supouse that there can be more like this. Althought anxiety is my main problem, I know that I have a problem regarding cognition. I’d like to tackle the both at the same time. Perhaps they are conected, or maybe not. Maybe cognition impairment causes me anxiety or on the reverse. I dont know. But before trying, I prefer asking.
I used to take Piracetam to improve focus, but it made me psychotic on three occasions, badly enough that I had to be hospitalized.

Look into aniracitam. It made me calm.
Do you take the CoQ10 for anxiety improvement? I have taken it for neurological support - liquid form from Costco.
It’s supposed to help with mental clarity, heart health, energy and other things. Supposedly is more depleted in people over 50 so that’s why I’m trying it. I liked all it’s supposed advantages. When I try new things I only add 1 at a time to see if there are any positive or negative effects on me.
