Is this a supplement that takes getting used to? I just started taking 400mg/day a couple of days ago and feel kind of tense on it. I also had insomnia but it wasn’t as bad last night. I decided to cut down on the amount to see if there is any difference.
I take 350mg along with calcium. Not sure if I notice anything much really, but you’re supposed to take it when you take calcium so I do. I take a number of other things though as well, but I don’t get any negative effect from the magnesium.
