Not feeling very motivated recently but been feeling better today and last night. Feel like having shower and going for my driving lesson.

The only thing I can remember from Risperidone was that alcohol and caffeine set me off. It wasn’t psychosis, but more of a mental meltdown. Bad times for me.
Anyone else lost weight on Risperidone?
I was 208 lbs. on oral Risperdal. When I switched to Risperdal Consta shots, I immediately lost over 50 lbs. I am still on the shots and I have since gained back 15 lbs. that I can’t seem to lose no matter what I do.
I am 1 lb. away from being in the overweight category according to the BMI charts.
Did you diet to lose all the weight or did it just come off?

Both. It came off like water AND I tracked my calories on the calorie counting app named MyFitnessPal.com everyday for years.
How long did it take?

About a year and a half to go from 208 down to 148 lbs.
I weighed 165 lbs. this morning.

I gained weight on Risperdal. I got akathisia from it. It was horrible.
