Does anyone eat once a day.I’m thinking of trying it. I currently eat to much. Out of boredom. I thought if I cerbed myself to eat once day and fasted for the rest I might get over my addiction to food.
I was doing it for awhile, but then I started getting dizzy spells, so I started to eat more
I feel like I’m always hungry
I frequently eat once a day. It doesn’t help me lose weight. I think it just slows down my metabolism.
Intermittent fasters only eat within a certain time frame, like 12 noon to 6 pm, or 4 pm to 12 midnight.
Eating less does slow your metabolism down though.
once a day is how I do things. I eat a big healthy 600-800 calorie salad and a protein source and sometimes a side dish. I don’t drink any calories as I get all my calories through food. all total I get about 1200-1300 calories in my one feeding.
ive lost 15 pounds doing things this way. but they are right about a slower metabolism.
eating once a day really frees up a lot of time. less time in the kitchen and so forth. I would recommend giving it a try
I’ve been doing Intermittent fasting for almost a year now and managed to go from 183lbs to about 169lbs and have slimmed down a lot. I usually don’t eat anything after waking up except for a cup of coffee with some butter and it has definitely shown some results. I also go to the gym 2 - 3 times out of the week so that has helped also.
I haven’t gone in almost 2 weeks but I’m going to start going again starting today. I usually walk for about 30 minutes and then lift a little bit of weights. My energy levels were pretty stable except that for the last week where I’ve been feeling physically weak. I don’t know if it’s because of the medication or if I’m not eating enough but I usually eat a big bowl of salad or some protein with it.
I cut out all sugary drinks as well once in a while I’ll drink something that doesn’t have high fructose corn syrup other than that I’ve just been chugging water. Hopefully whatever it is passes and I can start to feel normal again.
When I am on a diet I only eat once a day, but then again its hard and its unhealthy. Maybe you can go for an intermittent diet, and watch for your calories intake instead.
But then I usually eat a few more times

Sometimes but then I’m so starving by night I eat a ton of food so it’s not ideal and I don’t intentionally do it it’s jusf because I’ll be busy or too tired to cook anything
