Sometimes I skip lunch, thinking it will help me lose a pound or two lol but I don’t think it does. Anyways, do you eat lunch every day? Few days a week?
Edit: I would classify “lunch” as a meal sometime between 10 am and maybe 2 pm

I have it at sharp 12 no compramise!
Never lose food to lose weight
But gain and workout
I only have a meal once a day, usually at 1-2PM.
Then maybe a snack in the evening.
I think alot of people’s first meal is lunch nowadays, no one eats breakfast anymore.
I struggle with motivation to workout, so trying to watch what I eat is the next best thing, I figure.
I usually replace the meal with psyllium fiber powder drink. This doesn’t always go as planned lol
I’m eating lunch right now lol. I was also hungry when I woke up today which is unusual for me so I had breakfast as well. I don’t normally.
I had a nice hot spice tea and a few potato chips lol tried not to open the fridge…
Hot spice tea is nice. I think I’ll go make some tea myself.
