Anyone done a liquid diet?

I just buy meat and cook it in a crockpot so it’s really tender and soft. Works great in a blender.

they have low sugar protein shakes on amazon or you can make your own protein shakes at home with no sugar

I don’t like powdered protein so I cook with foods high in protein and make them into liquids.

lots of flavours to choose from. I changed flavour every shake to stop getting bored. I like them.

I wouldn’t stay long term on liquid diet. Can cause problems with gallbladder…stone formation. Better to do that in bursts if you opt for that.

Did you try partial fasts? Currently I have a 14-15 hour fast. I eat my last meal before 10pm, and have my first meal again about 1-2pm. I’ll have a yoghurt or something easy, then a decent dinner, but a moderate portion, and maybe a sandwich for supper. I’ve lost a few kilos in 2 months.

i like that idea! its actually perfect i think… as long as you get bread some vegetables and a bit of protein you can live on that. im not an expert but id bet 50% of the world populaiton live on that (thinking third world countries etc) and most of them are in shape and have no problems with obesity… i think its a smart move as long as youre careful with the sauces (1 tablespoon can be like 120 calories with some sauces.)
