been seeing alot of stuff about how the theobromine in cacao (which can be processed into cocoa and made into chocolate) is similar to caffeine but better in some ways and has a few additional benefits, brewing seems like itd be the most similar way to drink it but some people get the cacao nibs and blend them into like a smoothie
It gave me insomnia when I drank it at night. Also it gives me diarrhea but its tastes good.

Both. I like raw cocoa more but that’s what gives me diarrhea.
