I’ve been praising Taurine lately, I found out that it’s a really good amino acid. I would compare it to L Theanine, except it doesn’t work on dopamine.

It’s in some energy drinks…I think inositol is good too.
it’s in all energy drinks I believe, Monster’s have the most with Red Bulls having the least.
Inositol is awesome too, haven’t experimented with it all that much but it’s next on my list.
I thought I read one time it helps with OCD.
