It’s like based on 100 g’s of protein. Add with a cup of veges and a Cup of rice. I need to add some fruit and fish as the protein a couple of days a week. This is just base boring but there’s recipes to do more things that aren’t so bland. Still. I’m doing it for a week and doing well.
Digital kitchen scales are the bomb my friend. Do the tare approach so your not weighing the crockery and I picked some up for like $20 Australian…so a little over 10 quid for you should be kosher…
