Am I smart or nah

I don’t know if I’m smart or not. It seems like I’m just smart enough to get in trouble. I thought I was smart until age 17. Then now I think I’m average or below. I wish I was a genuis. Although I understand that comes with draw backs. They say if you’re happy you’re not that smart. An example would be people coming back from traveling are depressed. I’ve never been depressed and I’m happy for the most part. I just don’t know. Do you guys think I’m smart?

I honestly don’t know. But there are standardized IQ tests out there that can give you a general idea of whether or not you’re intelligent.

Everyone is smart compared to someone else and everyone is dumb compares to someone else
There are different types of smarts so it’s all subjective

I also have no idea. Don’t know you well enough to make a determination.

I think you should be happy with that fact and not worry about your intelligence. I would be thrilled to be “happy for the most part”.

Nah, I’m not happy nor sad…I just am.

One of the wonderful effects of negative sz symptoms.
Thank you for your prayers though.

The last time I was sad was when my grandpa died. I’m usually nestled somewhere between being content and happy.

That makes sense. You can be happy and smart.

Being wealthy has no correlation with high intelligence (being smart).

Are you sure???

Bill Gates dropped out of Harvard. None of the 2000+ billionaires holds a PhD or doctorate.

That’s because both of those groups have different motivations. If a PhD wanted to be a billionaire I think they could. I don’t think everybody has the desire to be a billionaire.

A PhD could not be a billionaire because that person would be spending their time in higher education than earning profits and generating revenue. Billionaires offer a product or service to their customers. People with PhD’s and doctorates specialize in a field of a certain topic. For example, mental disorders can have a specialization in schizophrenics, obsessive compulsive disorder or mood disorder.

Here’s some data from 2016: 21 billionaires with PhDs and 5 billionaires with MDs.

I do not follow your reasoning.

20+ with PhD’s, MDs or doctorates out of 2000+ which is 1% or even less.

You said none, so @Moonbeam let us know that is not true. Only a small percentage of the population are billionaires, so that number is something that is interesting.

I have no idea how many billionaires there were in total in 2016. Also, I’m thinking there may be some number of billionaires who are rich through inheritance rather than through their own efforts.
