Never thought that again, after long time, I could sink into depresion, hard one.
As a 47 year old, it’s odd.
I feel tired, and got no one to talk to.
Three days ago, I was finishing apartment cleaning and such. Now Im incapable for anything.

I’m glad you called the help line. Keep using it as you’re able even if you’re having trouble expressing yourself. It can help to say to them that you’re having trouble expressing yourself. They can help you through it.

Theres one thing l don’t understand…
Im on Effexor xr 150 mg and Lamictal 200 mg…
It was supposed to lift my depresion…
I won’t see my psychiatrist until april 2022,so I don’t know what else.
Ive noticed that as Im getting more on clozapine, Im more depressed…

Please try to contact your pdoc. Explain what’s happening and ask for a sooner apt. Let them know you’re having issues.
