When a woman says “man” a lot in conversation, is she really trying to say she just wants to be friends or am I being paranoid here?

You have to let it go, and see where it takes you, however hard it is. Otherwise you’ll just suffer from it, whether she wants just to be friends or not

Oh yeah, when I was manic everyone was man or dude. Couldn’t help using those terms. Normally I never use them

I feel girls who say “man” just say it because they think its cool. it could be flirtatious, it could be condescending, it could mean nothing. But whichever way they feel empowered when they say “man”.
Don’t look into it too much. Just be yourself around girls, and don’t worry if they like you or not, they usually like it when men don’t show too much interest, if you worry whether they like you or not, then it’s a sign you’re showing too much interest. There’s plenty of fish in the sea, so why dwell on one woman? I have before but lesson was learned.

BTW, having a good friend is really really precious! much better than having someone to be “more than just friends”
You know in Sweden they all get naked on a regular basis in public. IE saunas, public hot pots, and I think some festivals
Gotta agree with this. Sometimes really good friends will turn into something greater too. Just gotta have patience with those type of relationships.
