30 to 45 days ago I stopped taking abilify and my negative symptoms became zero but my positive symptoms also known as delusions increased and I had trouble sleeping, initially I used melatonin and l-theanine for sleeping purpose and later when I went to relatives house I didn’t use any melatonin and also no l-theanine and I could sleep. Three days ago I took 15 mg abilify and after that my positive symptoms were too low and for the past two days I didn’t take any abilify.
Three days ago when I used abilify the next day I had negative symptoms and I understood that I shouldn’t take 15 mg abilify. 15 mg abilify is too much. I must take 2mg every night or maybe 5 mg every night.
For the past two days ago I didn’t take abilify and I have no negative symptoms and negligible positive symptoms.
And yes for the past 5 days I have been taking All 9 M daily 2 tablets and it must be helping me like crazy.

Schizophrenia doesn’t have negative symptoms. Anti-psychotics give us negative symptoms.

Although negative symptoms are considered core features of schizophrenia, clinicians have long known that schizophrenia-induced symptoms might be confounded by similar-appearing symptoms induced by antipsychotic medications. To clarify this ambiguity, researchers have now assessed the effects of such medications on 32 healthy subjects.
In this double-blind, crossover trial, subjects took one oral dose of haloperidol (5 mg), risperidone (2.5 mg), or placebo in random sequence; washouts between treatments lasted at least 48 hours. At baseline and after ingestion of each preparation, the participants were evaluated with various rating scales, including observer-rated assessments of negative symptoms at 3 to 4 hours after administration and subjective assessments of drowsiness and negative symptoms at 24 hours.
Both haloperidol and risperidone induced significantly more negative signs and symptoms than did placebo. With risperidone, but not with haloperidol, observer-rated negative symptoms increased significantly, independent of drowsiness. At the low doses used in this study, neither antipsychotic produced significant extrapyramidal symptoms.
@far_cry0 My dear friend, you are correct. And yes medication increases negative symptoms.
