So, my negatives returned after a three and a half year break

I haven’t been to the gym in a week.

I haven’t brushed my teeth in a week.

I’ve showered once in that week.

I did paint my bedroom today. I’m hoping it changes something.

I think next step is rearranging my furniture. I’ll do that tomorrow.

I needed that.

You’re very lucky that you didn’t have them for years. Id love to be free of negatives even for a little bit.

I hope your meds aren’t beginning to stop working though.

I’m like borderline Upping meds. My pdoc appt is New Year’s Eve.

I’m only on 10 mg abilify. I’ve been doing 10mg since May.

15mg seems to be the standard for schizophrenia. I think that’s what I’ll do

I limped along on 10mg abilify for years but I too went up to 15mg. 15mg seems much better.

I think negatives are a symptom of schizophrenia, not a side effect of the medication. So it would be a good idea to up my meds, IMO

I’ve been looking into this for maybe 6 weeks now…
