Simple notice
Why they said " what genes increase the risk of developing schizophrenia" instead to say " what genes creating /producing schizophrenia " ?
Because,they believe that there is a something (X) who creating the sz and induces its common symptoms,and they believe that there are 270 different regions in the genome each on average span hundreds of thousands of base pairs that may be increase the risk of developing schizophrenia !
I think that just because you have genes that are associated with sz, it does not guarantee that you will get sz. That’s why they use the word risk.
Simple question;
What tapes of association between the genes and schizophrenia whole condition and its common symptoms ?
If there is an existential association or a functional ?
Creation the sz condition by genetic functions OR inducing the symptoms by the genetic functions
In other words,what is the causal relationship between a gene (s) and the sz condition or its diagnosed symptoms ?
We think that,studying these 270 regions in the twins will give more accurate results , because of the identical / similar genes between a person with SZ and a twin without SZ !
In the other side,if we supposed that ,you have found regions in the genome have a definite role in developing the sz suddenly in the early twenties and at the apex of autoimmunity
How do you prevent the sz from happening before it happens ?
The issue is to prevent the emergence of the Hallucination in the space / time coordinates of the human consciousness state , not to modify or improve the living conditions of the person,educational,cultural ,environmental or medical In the belief that they will prevent the occurrence of the symptoms,because development of the sz symptoms is linked to (associated with) the activity of the hallucination in the concept /path of feelings and self-thoughts that are addressed in the conscious mind
Therefore,look for the regions that have a ROLE in the process of manifesting /materializing the hallucination in the conscious mind
i thought genes couldn’t predict schizophrenia?
