I’ve tried L tyrosine and it makes me have more energy but also more agitation. I tried L dopa for a while too all while still on an AP. L dopa just makes me agitated. I didn’t notice a difference.
I’ve never tried 5HTP but I don’t want to just because of this chart I found online. It looks likes brain chemistry is a really complicated balancing act, but I’m always trying to find natural ways to self medicate.

depends on which supplement you take and when you take them. It’s a confusing interaction between the chemicals in the brain. Even doctors and scientists don’t fully understand it yet.
