4th day no vape but have come close to ordering vape liquid again

Is tough. I was vaping very heavily so i think it is normal the nicotine gum I am using isn’t always great at controlling cravings

I found the switch to lozenges from vaping was brutal.

Try to stick it out.

I’m completely nicotine free now.

So if you can stick it out, it’s worthwhile.

I am kinda thinking I have to quit in two stages.

Stage 1: use nicotine gum generously as to get over the vape cravings

Stage 2: once over the vape cravings reduce the gum

How does this sound?

That’s what I did with lozenges.

It’s a good plan.

Best of luck !

The @Bowens any more opossums facing off with you?

No, was just talking with my dad this morning and he said he has seen them before. Apparently, they make themselves known at sunrise and sunset but tend to hide out during the bulk of the day.

First I’ve seen of them that I can recall, though.

Good luck @el_Jimbobbio i unfortunately had no luck with the gum. I ended up buying a pack of cigarettes. So I’ve gone back to vaping.

I might buy some lozenges. Cos like you I am finding the gum not that great.

You mix your own liquid I think. Saves money

That’s exactly what I did 6 years ago.

First from cigarettes to gum and then quit the gum.

Haven’t looked back ever since.

Sometimes I still dream of smoking but that’s the only thing.

hehe~ =D I quit like 10 months or a year ago. Don’t know totally sure but it’s been at least 10 months. I’m glad i quit… saving a lot of money this way!

Definitely. It’s getting more and more expensive. Even when I smoked years ago I spent 200€ a month on Marlboro gold cigs. That’s 2400€/year!

Edit: Congrats on quitting @lekkerhondje !
