Had a busy morning but got some exercise in with some weights.

Sorted out my scripts for the week so locked and loaded.

Took a car mount I ordered online down to the old boy who taught me how to do the turf wickets. Ended up staying for 45 minutes or so and had a good chat. It was nice and he’s a character and pretty funny but unfortunately developed parkinsons so he’s been knocked around a bit. He was looking a bit frail but he was good and animated.

Exercise done for the day.

Eating a bit better this last week so more disciplined with what I’m eating.

Mowed the lawn and did the whipper snipping. Big day in the yard but it’s looking much better. It’s hard work to get motivated to do it so just forcing myself to do it and getting it done.

Abilify is getting so close I can taste it.

Walked fifteen minutes and washed my hair.

Picked up my dress from the dry cleaners.

I realised I’ve lost my waist and put on too much weight so now i will try to eat and drink less.
And I bought groceries and paid bills.
Unfortunately I bought tubes and chips and chocolate.lol .i will start eating less when I’ve finished eating them.

  1. I bought a small cooler for my car to bring snacks and drinks so that I buy less fast food on the go.

  2. I started drinking flavored carbonated water instead of caffeinated sodas. They are zero calories and pretty tasty.

  3. I read an astronomy book that I got for free from the discards at the library. I had forgotten a lot of info in it. I might go stargazing again one of these nights.

Bought a nice new book about Dorothy Day and a novel by Faggiani that seems positive and optimistic, I’m very grateful to have a slight bit of financial room to do such things again, now and then.
I may be able to get a new rabbit for free, so we have a friend for the one we have. Need to get him fixed though, or we will have a whole bunch of rabbits in no time.
It is sunny, I’m walking a lot in the sun, and it lifts my mood

It isn’t a very happy list today, but positive nonetheless, I think.

  • Feeling like ā– ā– ā– ā–  over pasts mistakes, but not psychotic. Diet keeps me out of it, and self-management.
  • Set a boundary yesterday. Customer started to talk about very creepy spiritual stuff. I told her: I cannot talk about this, this is triggering to me. Please stop. She continued. I told her again to stop. She continued. I quit the conversation. Told my boss I needed to get home for a bit, explained why. I live very nearby. She was understanding. Calmed down at home. I already sensed this side of her before…should trust myself more.
  • Quit my meeting of yesterday, because I was still a little vulnerable. Not willing to take major risks with mental health. I think I’m learning to manage such things better.

Met someone who might be a new friend or something.
He seems very conscious and present and he is rather handsome actually.
Hopefully we can get to know each other.

Played some games with the new monitor and it’s as awesome as I hoped. A couple of things to sort out as it’s sitting low on my desk so need to make a stand for it but otherwise a good purchase.

It’s a birthday lunch tomorrow so looking forward to catching up with my immediate family ( there’s 4 siblings and me ) and going to see the Norths Devils rugby league side in the afternoon afterwards.

And caught up with 2 of my little brothers who came around to use my rack and weights. It’s a really good setup and it’s good that it’s getting used. so much and caught up afterwards this afternoon. Talk some shite and good to catch up.

Harmeet broke up with me again but I’m determined to move on. I pumped my visa card into a fast hookup site and my card got compromised but the bank stopped it. I’ll most likely be on abilify the end of the month. Today’s a nice day. I’m on the prowl. So all in all I guess I’m staying positive.

Richard wants my other red Hulk and he’s got his eye on half my collection. I know it. He can afford 500$ a month. Yeah baby.

My job has Me cleaning my own building now so twice a week I don’t even have to go anywhere. I live in my work. Lol.

  • I had a great dinner with kid last night, with laughs and talks, and good food. Cheating on each and every one of my diet rules. Paying for it with belly issues. And within two hours: severe depression and suicidal feelings. My head is exploding, I have been mean to people. The positive: I convinced everyone around me now that diet does make a difference and I’m not exaggerating. I hope it goes away in a few days.
  • I kept the sabbat today. It was a goal to try instead of sundays. One of the reasons it succeeded was I felt horrible and didn’t want to go out. I don’t think that was how it was intended. But still. I kept it. Next time I will try in a better way.
  • Reading a hopeful book. Hope in a few days light will go on in my mind again.
