I’ve recently taken up drinking lots of apple juice. I cut it with water too. I have a special jar glass and everything. Eventually maybe I’ll get back to water.

Another option is carbonated water. I was hooked on that for awhile when trying to get away from cola soda pop (whatever it’s called).

I buy carbonated water and put flavoured stevia drops in it. Result, a sweet fizzy drink with no calories or sugar.

I wake up and have a glass of chocolate milk every morning. The problem with that is I’m lactose intolerant lol.

I can’t help myself. Chocolate milk is sweet ambrosia!

Maybe not cancer but it will destroy your teeth…I got over $5000 worth of dental bills due to energy drinks, I had 1-2 a day every day for pretty much the whole summer. To be honest it stopped because geodon made me stop craving any kind of food. It just became not appetizing to me anymore. Then when I went off geodon I had already kicked the habit and the dentistry thing was a huge pain so I haven’t picked it up again.

If you are doing it please try to drink through a straw and brush your teeth right after finishing one to help prevent dental damage. If you haven’t been doing this your mouth is already probably pretty screwed up. I barely escaped needing 3 root canals. I’ve gotten tons of fillings so far though.

Switch it with sarcosine water twice a day

Make kombucha! It’s fizzy, and fermented without alcohol , and not sweet .one of the healthiest things u can drink

That could be genetic.
I drink tons of pop and other sugary items lol.
I got my teeth checked up and cleaned 1 year ago and they were totally good.
Before that my last checkup was 8 years ago and also good.
I’ll probably never have cavities.

I think I won the genetic lottery for teeth but definitely not for my brain :joy:
