I dont get paranoid often. But i go hard when i do. I started getting paranoid when i drove for door dash delivery. Had to drive home…driving paranoid is like driving drunk. The road seems smaller. Ki drove under the speed limit cause it was raining and dark. It was awful. Took me an hour and a half to get home. I stayed paranoid all through the night although i did fall asleep at some point. Woke up paranoid. But im able to be out of my room. I just am breathing funny. Going on 15 hours.

I have bad paranoia too. I asked for a PRN and was prescribed propranolol. However I was told if I take it too often my heart will become dependent on it so I stopped taking it. Now I don’t have a prn. Do you have one?

No i dont have one. Pills dont work when i get paranoid. They just make me panic more.

What are you paranoid about?
I just get paranoid out of the blue. Yesterday i was driving and i thought cops were behind me. It started when i made a delivery on a college campus. I felt like i was being watched.
Then driving i was driving slow and swerving so i was worried id get pulled over and they would think im drunk.
When i got home i got nervous my parents would call the cops and that my dad was going to search my car. Its not like he would find anything. But i just get worried about it

I totally relate to your post. Im sorry you struggle with paranoia too. It’s awful and meds don’t cut it much for me either.
I wish I knew what to tell you, but I understand.
