Not yet. Probably next week. I will adapt it a little.

ok, post a pic when you’re done…I will know if the broth isn’t dark brown you quit too soon…be ready, I will judge…haha

I may brown my flour first. I don’t like Browning in liquid

cooking the flour in the oil is no step to skip…I hope you’re not disappointed…

I love gumbo, but I’m not a huge fan of okra.

I just plan on browning it and then adding oil to get darker.
