Lately Ive been eating the maria calenders chicken pot pies and jimmy johns turkey sandwiches
lots of fish, cod, salmon, tuna, crab. A steak once a week.
I’ve been going to McDonald’s more lately. They have the $3 bundle and $5 meal. They have a chicken McGriddle with a tator tot for only $2. I get that and a biscuit and gravy or coffee. It’s a good deal.

Damn I can feel the urge for a fast food meal. Maybe I will incorporate a cheat meal once a week. I have to do something with my diet or I’m gonna go crazy.
I think I might eat at Panera Bread today. I was thinking broccoli cheddar soup with two bread rolls.
Beans. Northern beans. Black beans with curry for dinner tonight. Eggplant tomato curry.

Planning to get a T-bone steak meal on my birthday. I’ve never had it before as it’s a cut not readily available here. We only eat it on special occasions.
